Blossom Scrunchie - Black Dotted Tulle

The Blossom Scrunchie is not your typical scrunchie.
It's a hair accessory designed to sit over your ponytail or bun as it is not meant to be twist like a typical hair tie.
Each layer of the Blossom Scrunchie is carefully heat cut by hand to form each "petal."
-Each scrunchie measures at approximately 7-8" in diameter (unstretched).
 
Elastic Size: Everyone's hair thickness is different. The standard Blossom Scrunchies fit Medium Density hair. However, if you have thin or thick hair (or don't know), please feel free to measure the circumference of your ponytail/bun and note it in the "Note" box. It will be adjusted accordingly.
