KCV BRAND POLICIES

You will have a 24-hour window from your time of purchase to fully cancel your order. Any cancellations past the 24 hour mark will already be in the works and cannot be cancelled. 

Unworn/Unwashed/Undamaged standard-sized garment(s) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receiving garment(s). Once the product is returned, a refund will be issued excluding shipping fees.

REFUND (CUSTOM SIZE):

Custom Orders or Custom-Sized Orders are not refundable, but the order may be canceled within 24 hours of purchasing. With custom sizing, everything is made to fit you. Purchase what you can commit to and triple check your measurements. Please use the "Contact" form to request free alterations if your custom garment(s) need adjustments. Use the "Return/Exchanges" form for Returns/Exchanges. Expect up to 3 weeks to receive your altered garment(s), including shipping time.

Exchanges are welcomed. Simply use the "Return/Exchanges" form to communicate which size you'd like to exchange for, send the unworn product back within 30 days, and your new order will be processed upon receiving it back. If you'd like to exchange your standard size for a custom, create an account to input your measurements on the measurement sheets in "My Account," and leave a note at the end of the measurement form that you'd like to exchange to a custom. Please keep in mind that standard sized garments are not readily available and will still need to be made from scratch as well. 

EXCHANGE (CUSTOM SIZE):

Please re-measure yourself before re-submitting measurements. Use the "Contact" page to ask for help if the instructional measurement photos are not clear. Once garment is shipped back, the process will restart to send you a new one. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your exchanged size because it's most likely being made from scratch.

It takes between 1-3 weeks from the purchase date to receive your order (even exchanges). Everything is made from scratch once your order has been placed. When custom-sized orders are placed, a new pattern is made for that specific size. In special cases, some fabrics are only printed and dyed by demand in small batches, so please allow time for the process. It's so worth it!

International Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $19.99 (USD) and Free for International Orders over $200 (USD). The shipping time does not account for the production time. Please plan ahead if you have a deadline or use the "Contact" form to ask if your deadline can be met. 

WHAT HAPPENS TO RETURNED/EXCHANGED GARMENTS?

As a Made-to-Order brand, KCV rarely holds inventory because it's unsustainable to carry excess garments that may never find a home. When a garment is returned, it becomes inventory. So what happens? It just depends.
